Meet The Team

Rebekah has been in transportation since the early 1990’s, starting her career in operations at RPS (now Fedex Ground). After 8.5 years of hard labor, she left to seek her fame and fortune in the courier business. For over 25 years she has been involved in sales and operations, working for 2 other regional courier companies. In May of 2024, she brought her years of knowledge and partnered with Greg Smith to start TBD Logistics, Inc (There & Back Delivery).
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, skiing and going to the beach. She also likes to do triathlons and run with her dog. She is currently pursuing a goal to do a ½
marathon in all 50 states, with 27 completed thus far.

Greg has been an executive leader and entrepreneur, with 25+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and organizational leadership across corporate and nonprofit sectors. He has an MBA, a BS in Marketing, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He led global supply chain operations for one of the world’s largest capital equipment manufacturers, managed multi-site international teams, and delivered measurable results. Currently Partner and CFO/COO of TBD Logistics, Greg is focused on building scalable
operations, improving processes, and delivering reliable service. Greg began his career as a courier and truck driver while working through college, gaining a ground-up understanding of the transportation industry.
Greg has served as National Executive Director of a nationwide nonprofit supporting over
40,000 homeless kids annually. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and traveling all over the world.

Suzanne is an experienced accounting professional with over 30 years of experience withinthe courier industry. She brings a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting,
accounts receivable and payable, and improving processes. She has worked for a locallybased courier company in the middle TN area for the past 20 years. Her role is to keep the
financial operations organized and running smoothly as the company grows. She joined theTBD team in June 2026.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys her walking group, reading and spending time with her family.

Jason’s career in logistics began in 2005, working with a courier service based in Atlanta, GA. He held numerous positions including Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, Area Manager, and in 2007 he moved to Nashville, TN to become the General Manager. In 2021 he went to work for a well-established regional courier as Vice President of Courier Operations. Jason is passionate about operational efficiency, creating clear communication standards, and fostering a positive work environment with positive employee feedback, consistent communication through calls and visits with staff. He became the first member of the TBD team in March 2025.
Jason is a licensed Personal Trainer and US Soccer Federation certified soccer coach.  He is very active at the YMCA in Nashville and runs youth classes to help kids stay and get healthy.  His greatest joy is being a father to his son.

Lisa, originally from Memphis, TN, is a logistics and customer service professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in route planning, residential delivery coordination, and courier operations. Her background includes managing day-to-day operations for a locally
based courier company in east TN, focusing on optimizing delivery routes, supporting drivers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. She brings a strong work ethic and a people-first approach to every role. She joined the TBD team in November 2025. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys traveling to new places, hiking, and spending quality time with family.

Billy’s transportation career started in California with a small logistics company in 1998. In 2002, he moved to Chattanooga and became a dispatcher with a small courier company. In 2008, he joined a regional courier company that was just getting started in Chattanooga. As the company grew, he filled many roles, from warehouse worker, to billing clerk, as well as routing and dispatching. He was promoted to driver supervisor and scheduled supervisor. He has an excellent rapport with customers and is well-versed in all things courier. He became part of the TBD team in July 2025. In his free time, Billy likes camping with his family and anything related to old cars. He is father to 5 grown children.

Ayanna, born and raised in Cleveland, TN, worked in customer service for 12 years before her career in transportation started in 2021. Her experience ranges from customer service, to routing and dispatching. She enjoys being behind the scenes to ensure the operation runs
smoothly every day. She brings professionalism and personality to every project or team she’s been involved with. She became part of the TBD team in August 2025.
When not working, Ayanna keeps busy being a mother to her 4 children. She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her family.

Kim’s career in transportation began in 2009 in Memphis, TN, as a dispatcher for a small courier business. The company grew and expanded, and she played many roles within the organization for over 15 years. She excels at creating and maintaining lasting customer and driver relationships. She gains satisfaction in serving in this capacity between the customer and driver to ensure the customers needs are met and drivers have the support they need to get the job done. She became part of the TBD team in September 2025. Kim has many interests she pursues in her free time, including reading Shakespeare, astronomy, reality TV and video gaming. Her greatest joy is being a mom to her 2 children.

Chris was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, where he continues to live and raise his family. He brings over 22 years of experience in dispatching and logistics, along with a strong foundation from his service in the U.S. Marine Corps. Chris is known for his reliability, problem-solving skills, and commitment to keeping operations running smoothly. He became part of the TBD team in October 2025.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family, taking beach trips, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans.

Marie is a native of Knoxville, TN. Her journey in logistics began by driving tractor trailers as a team with her husband over the road for 8 years. In 2020, she got off the road and went to work for a regional courier company in customer service, and as a dispatcher. During her tenure with that organization, she gained extensive knowledge of the courier industry. She enjoys bringing a drivers perspective into her role as a dispatcher. Marie joined the TBD team in March 2026. In her free time, Marie enjoys reading and true crime horror documentaries, as well as traveling with her husband and pets.

Since her start in the courier business over 24 years ago, Charon has had a long-standing reputation in logistics and delivery solutions. She is known as someone who can come up with creative and economical solutions for all delivery needs, and she thrives on the challenge of learning what the customer needs and how to provide a solution. In addition, her premier customer service and attention to detail have allowed her to maintain customers for years and their constant referrals have solidified those business relationships. Charon joined the TBD team in June 2026.
While her professional life is very important, so too is a work/life balance. You will find her an eager artist painting away in her studio, rearranging her garden, or with a book in hand, she also enjoys showing off her culinary skills for friends and family with themed dinners. But with all that, she will tell you that nothing compares to spending time with her large family and her German Shepherd, Annie.
